Intel vs amd processor plz guide me?

The old AMDs are not that good but their new ones are AMAZING! Just buy a Phenom II, it is so cheap. I would probably go with the Athlon II, it is much cheaper, but the architecture is probably not as good as the intel. If I were you I would pay a little extra and get the AMD Phenom II X4 or X3 or even X2. They are all amazingly good and amazingly cheap.
