1 trillion spent on helping iraqis? Why not spend the money on the Homeless Citizens in the USA?

That's great that 25 million iraqis are living in freedom, But what about the 25 Million Homeless Living in poverty here in the united states? Does it make more sense to US Our tax dollars helping Iraqis or homeless US Citizens? With a Trillion dollars you could save million of poor homeless people sleeping in dumpsters in december. Why overlook those people and run to help people who dont like us?
