Do i have throat cancer?

Head and neck cancer is serious stuff. Mostly caused by sqamous cell, it does spread fast. GET IT LOOKED AT! See an ENT and An oncologist. Get both opinions and decide a plan of action. A pet scan with infusion will tell if it is or not with out a biopsy. Then you may have to get one for final diagnosis if that proves positive.
