George Bush admitted there were no WMD's in Iraq. Doesn't that mean Iraq should at least get an "I'm sorry"?

100,000+ civilians dead, no electricity, destroyed economy, forced occupation for 7 years, American national put in charge of their country, invaded on a lie (or "mis-information" if you want), leader killed, UN laws violated, cities burned, terrorists created and pain and sorrow that will not be forgotten by Iraqis or their neighbours for decades. Is this not worthy of at least a public "I'm sorry"? My bad?
