Can someone help me name the band or the song?

I've known this song since i was little like at the age of 8 or 10. I remember watching VH1 and i saw a music video that was hilarious. Like the monkeys got out of the cage running after people. People screaming and i remember one word from the song something like "Baby Geez?"
