I just changed my FSB Bus Speed on my Computer and now it won't connect to my monitor?! Basically it's shot.?

I'm uming your motherboard has integrated graphics, if this is the case, then when you increase the FSB clock, the IGP clock is increased proportionally, unless you can lock it. It would seem in this instance that you have clocked your IGP too high and as such it will not output. To reset the BIOS, either hit the CMOS reset switch if you have one, or remove the CMOS battery (the flat round one on your motherboard, it looks like a 10p piece) for a few seconds when the system is powered off, replace it and power the system up, all should be back to normal.
