Multiple abscess? need some advice?

i think it was a barthilons cyst i had it popped puss and blood came out, well now im getting multiple lumps around my l area they are painfull and hard and theres more that keep coming, im so scared and im scared to go to the dr cause they hurt, should i be worried? i think they are abscesses but idk im getting like 3....
