Would you be angry at your friend? or is there any justification with her words?

I am about a few kgs underweight, and it is not because I have an eating disorder, and my friend said that nobody would hire me for a job because of the way I look, and she also said that I was going to die before my mum, and she also says I look like a skeleton. She also says that no one would wonder how i manage to walk, or do any physical activity with the way I look, but im actaully a runner. would u be mad at my friend
