Will they continue to process my order?

I received an Email from Brett-Favre-Jersey.com, and the mail said that my payment failed. I knew that. But they claimed that my payment failed because of technical problem and the problem was fixed. Will they continue to process my order? I'm a first-time customer of this site. I need suggestions from those who used to buy from this site. Thanks a lot!
