Should I play football with bronchitis?

I've had bronchitis for a few days and got it from a sinus infection. My doctor gave me antibiotics to take to fight the mucus and such.. I'm in highschool and wondering if I should continue to play football under the condition I'm in.. I heard it could worsen to chronic bronchitis and lead to pnemonia. So my question is should I keep playing football?
