GTA IV or Haze?

My parents said that they would buy me a new game for my PS3 if i get good grades on my report grades on my report card this nine weeks. So, I've made my decision between either Haze or GTA IV. I'm going to eventually get both, but which one should I get first? I'm into the action and shooting games ( i already have Resistance fall of man and Call of Duty 4). Also, are there any other games that i should get that would fit into the action/ shooting genre?
