Gift ideas for my fiance?

So i plan to decorate a treasure chest and place a bunch of submerged thoughtfull (not costly) small presents that have symbolic meaning in a relationship with a letter explaining its symbolizm in each one. lol. All i need is the gift ideas. What gifts and symbolic meanings could I give here or place in there? ideas much appreciated.
