12 days past trigger shot 11dpo BFP?

im 12 days past my trigger shot and been feeling weird,i have sharp pains like my period is about to start but its too early for that,also lower back pains just cant seem to get comphy sometimes when i sit,slight dizzyness.so i tested with 1st morning urine today and got a faint BFP using clear blue test..i was wondering is it really a positive or can it be from the shot?? its sooo faint but there..anyone had this before and got a true BFP?? ive been TTC for a year and a half now and im really hopeing this is it!!
